2005

December 2005 - D+A has been hired by Raytheon Missile Systems to strengthen the crucial volumes of a $150 million weapons systems proposal in response to an Air Force RFP. The proposal is due in January and the re-writing/editing will be performed on-site in Tucson, AZ.

September 2005 - D+A has been retained to develop a video script for a NASA video regarding a treadmill exercise system for astronauts to use in space.

August 2005 - D+A has been asked to develop fact sheets for two forthcoming NASA flight experiments: Smoke Aerosol Measurement Experiment (SAME) and the Dust and Aerosol Measurement Feasibility Test (DAFT). Additionally, D+A will update the SAME Web site to incorporate recent developments.

June 2005 - D+A has been hired by Raytheon Missile Systems to edit a $150 million weapons systems proposal in response to a Navy RFP. The proposal is due in August and the editing will be performed on-site in Tucson, AZ.

April 2005 - D+A has been asked to revise and expand NASA's Spacecraft Fire Safety Web site. The site—formerly part of the Microgravity Combustion Science Web site, which will become a legacy sub-site within the Spacecraft Fire Safety site—will undergo a complete revision to reflect the importance of fire safety to NASA as it pursues the President's Vision for Space. D+A will work with Dr. Gary Ruff, the Spacecraft Fire Safety project manager, to develop the site.

February 2005 - D+A has been hired by Bechtel Corporation, the world's largest construction and engineering company, to provide on-site editorial services in Knoxville, TN for a proposal in response to a Department of Energy RFP. The $2.5 billion proposal, which is for management and operations services at the Nevada Test Site, includes Lockheed Martin and BWXT as partners and is due April 15.

January 2005 - D+A has been retained to redevelop the existing Microgravity Combustion Web site to conform to design standards recently issued by NASA HQ and to reflect the recent reorganization at Glenn Research Center.
